New service centre, laboratory and offices in India
TFL has opened a new service centre, laboratory and office within the Kolkata Leather Complex.
In order to improve contact with its customers and to offer them the optimum service in the future, TFL decided to be present in this emerging leather cluster, which is a little outside of the city. This means from now on, that the customer will be able to get feedback on his technical problems on the spot and on the customer’s own material – both quickly and professionally. The new lab is very well equipped and most wet-end and finishing processes can be carried out there.
