Born in Germany, Marc studied Economics, Tax Law & Auditing and International Law at the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Hamburg.
He is also a certified business coach and mediator.
After a successful career as an officer in the German Special Forces, Marc selected the field of HR as his profession.
He has worked in senior HR leadership positions for a variety of industries including telecoms, cable TV, internet, automotive, car manufacturers, real estate, engineering, packaging and chemicals.
His specialty is to guide companies through the whole cycle of life by providing proactive HR services from fast ramp-ups, curve outs, stabilization and process optimization to restructuring and closure.
For Marc, the human factor is the key to a successful company.
During his tenure Marc has worked with various investors including Callahan, Blackstone, EQT and Onex.
Prior to joining TFL, Marc worked for the SIG Group as Head of HR for German and global group functions. SIG is a Swiss company and one of the market leaders in packaging and machine construction.
In October 2021 Marc joined TFL as Global Head of HR, became a member of the C-suite team in 2023 and was promoted to CHRO in September 2024.
