Sellasol CV is a conditioning and dispersing auxiliary with a high content of renewable biomass used in vegetable tanning and chrome retanning. Due to its low astringency and high dispersing effect, it ensures rapid and optimum penetration and distribution of the tannins in the vegetable tanning process, and in wet-blue retanning. This results in a fine, smooth and tight grain, a uniform milling pattern and outstanding dyeing. Application amounts typically 4-8% (on the pelt weight) prior to the vegetable extracts, or 3-6% (on shaved weight) prior to the retanning and dyeing.
Levotan PS is a high-performance waterproof product for firm, full and tight grain articles with excellent dyeability.Due to its excellent stability, it can be used alone, without the need for unnecessary dispersing auxiliaries. It provides excellent defect coverage on full grain articles but also for nubuck. Levotan PS lubricates the leather fibres well resulting in good tear strength. It is usually applied in retannageof wet-blue leather, in the same float, or ina new float, 5-9% (based on shaved weight) depending upon requirements.

Magnopal HPP: New generation biodegradable and compostable highcan be used as a single fatliquor featuring a good bath exhaustion which leads to a low COD value. It confers a vety good inner softness, especially in combination with other Coripol fatliquors. Thanks to its stability, articles with a regular fine milling pattern are obtained. Very good heat and lightfastness behaviour and an excellent dyeing levelness. Ideal for suede articles.

II' has high emulsifying property and helps stabilising fatliquor mixture in the retanning resuIting in improved physical values. It imparts a high inner softness giving a pleasant touch.In the field of feel- and performance additives TFL have achieved the combination of both versatility, performance and environmental compatibility by developing two new products.
Aquaderm Additive AF is a 45% solidsuniversal silicone emulsion for all kinds of leather. The product imparts very good wet- and sweat rub resistance and a moderate to good abrasion performance. The product's feel has been rated as slightly more neutral than many of the commonly known silicone feel agents.Beyond its performance Aquaderm Additive AF is BTEX-free and the D4 - D6 (cyclosiloxanes) are reduced.Aquaderm Additive DF is a 60% solids high-performance silicone emulsion particularly developed for the highest requirements in automotive leather.Especially in terms of high wear Aquaderm Additive DF performs very well depending on the binder matrix the product is built in and at application rates of 60-90 g/L topcoat mix.Same as Aquaderm Additive AF, Aquaderm Additive DF is BTEX-free and tl1e D4 - D6 are reduced.To offer solutions for always more stringent emission regulations and thresholds TFL have launched a new product which shows excellent resulrs in this respect.
Aquaderm Catch AE is an aliphatic PUD with aldehyde scavenging activity to reduce aldehyde emissions from leatl1er. The product is applied as a flesh seal / dust bind r, has excellent heat yellowing performance and no negative impact onthe physical performance of the finished leather.The ready-to-use product is preferably applied by roller coating an the flesh side of the leather.Adding other products or diluting may impair the product's ability to reduce aldehyde emissions. Common application rates are approximately 3-5g/ sq ft.
