The global leather chemical supplier is expanding its facility in Huningue, France, to meet the increasing demand from the automotive sector. TFL is investing in increased capacity for its retanning products range at its facility located in Huningue, France. The expansion is expected to increase the supplier's global capacity for the Sellatan product range by 30%. TFL says the implementation of the project has already commenced and deliveries of product from the new unit are expected to commence in the second quarter of 2019. The expansion in Europe is to be complemented by additional smaller capacity increases at TFL's facility in Hyderabad, India. "In recent years, we have been extremely successful at selling our high quality Sellatan products to our global automotive customers and I am delighted to announce our capacity expansion which will enable TFL to meet our customers increasing demand for these materials", said Henrik Pedersen, CSO, TFL Group.
